We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to accelerate the adoption of Slack within the public sector, driving growth and building lasting relationships with government customers across Norway & Iceland. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the government sector to lead all aspects of the sales process—

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating effective territory and account plans for your region and customer base
  • Developing a deep understanding of Government and Public Sector customers
  • Positioning Slack's capabilities to address the specific needs of government entities, helping them modernise collaboration and improve efficiency.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales

Requirements:

  • 5+ years consultative selling experience
  • Likes to build new business and grow existing business
  • Is a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
  • A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving goals
