About the Role:

At SAP, we are seeking a top-performing Enterprise Cloud Sales Professional to join our team in Norway. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating strategic relationships with prospective customers and driving revenue attainment by delivering meaningful business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Territory and Account Leadership: Participate in the development of designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles. Encourage all accounts to become SAP references.
  2. Demand Generation and Prospecting: Proficiency in generating demand and prospecting into non-SuccessFactors and non-SAP organizations to drive new pipeline.
  3. Customer Acumen: Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
  4. Account and Opportunity Planning: Work closely with Industry AEs and solutions consultants to create robust account and opportunity plans.
  5. Executive Relationships: Develop and nurture executive relationships with prospects and customers to deliver value into their organizations.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software applications sales experience.
  2. Demonstrated track record of success and quota achievement.
  3. Management of large, complex sales cycles.
  4. Experience in both hunting for new business and managing existing accounts.
  5. Experienced in SAP or HCM products preferred.
  6. Fluent in English and Norwegian.
