Empowering Organizations with SAP SuccessFactors
SAP SuccessFactors is a leader in HR solutions, and we're seeking a top performer to join our team in Norway. As an Enterprise Solutions Executive, you'll create strategic relationships with customers and drive revenue growth by delivering meaningful business value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Territory and account leadership, including developing designated territories and encouraging all accounts to become SAP references.
- Demand generation and prospecting into non-SuccessFactors and non-SAP organizations to drive new pipeline.
- Customer acumen, actively understanding each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, and competitive landscape.
- Work within the SAP SuccessFactors business to create robust account and opportunity plans, working closely with Industry AEs and solutions consultants.
A successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software applications sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of success and quota achievement.
- Management of large, complex sales cycles.
- Experience in both hunting for new business and managing existing accounts.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to listen and engage with customers at the CXO level.
