The Position

We are currently seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to join our Infrastructure Business Unit in Oslo. As a key contributor to our team, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the Norwegian market by developing existing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

This role is pivotal in fostering stronger ties between the Cloud Computing/Infrastructure business area, regional teams, and vendors to advance shared objectives.


Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborating with internal sales teams to identify promising reseller partners.
  • Empowering these partners with the necessary tools and resources to unlock their sales potential.

Your success will depend on establishing and maintaining robust vendor relationships, discovering new business leads, and nurturing strong connections within partner networks.

This role demands exceptional self-motivation, a proactive approach, and outstanding communication skills, as well as fluency in Norwegian and English.


Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management within the IT distribution sector.
  • Experience with Citrix products and solutions is a necessity.
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven work ethic.
  • Deep understanding of the local market.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is a prerequisite for success in this position.
