The Salesforce Agentforce platform empowers businesses to redefine customer engagement through real-time data analytics and AI. As a member of our Agentforce Specialist selling team, you will work closely with potential clients to uncover their needs and challenges, demonstrating how Agentforce can provide scalable, high-impact customer interactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your extensive sales expertise, combining technical knowledge and AI insights to position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers.
  • Partner with the Salesforce Sales team to drive growth and expansion of Agentforce across current and new customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of the Salesforce platform to customers, showcasing how it can deliver tailored solutions to enhance their customer engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth technical analysis to identify and address complex business problems, illustrating how Agentforce's capabilities can drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to showcase a seamless client experience throughout the entire sales process.
