At TN Norway, our Field Sales organization is a key driver of growth and revenue. As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing customers. Your extensive experience in SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM solutions will enable you to develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and drive incremental add-on business.

About the Role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing account strategies for assigned large enterprise customers to drive strategic add-on and renewal business.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiating complex deals with C-suite executives to close opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM solutions to C-level executives from a field sales position.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive incremental business.
  • Experience in developing long-term account strategies and executing on them to drive growth.
