Job Description
We are now looking for a hands-on Enterprise Sales Manager to join us on this journey of building a new business within Wolt. In this role, you will grow and develop Wolt's corporate partnership portfolio within our Wolt for Work product.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearheading the sales acquisition funnel to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and identifying potential clients for our corporate partnerships.
- Leveraging our product to solve clients' needs and acquire high-value, long-term clients.
- Developing and executing strategies to drive sales acquisition and increase efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and account management, to deliver consistent results.
- Working closely with global sales colleagues to land large deals and expand our reach.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or enterprise settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- A proven track record of problem-solving and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly understand our product and communicate its value to clients.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
- Highly motivated and driven individual with a natural inclination towards ownership and entrepreneurship.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
