Job Title: Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager at Kahoot, you will be responsible for driving and executing the renewal process for a portfolio of customers. This role requires a high level of commercial acumen, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, collaborating with customers to understand their company needs and business case, and negotiating renewal terms and pricing. You will also be responsible for executing necessary commercial agreements/amendments of the renewals or expansions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management/renewals within value-based B2B SaaS sales, working with enterprise customers.
  • Proven success in managing a big portfolio of accounts, prioritizing, securing large expansions, and driving customer growth.
  • Project and change management skills with past successes in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with a hands-on approach.
  • Skilled at engaging decision-makers and key stakeholders, building lasting relationships.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Structured and data-driven mindset.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
