Job Description

As a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Agent within the Bank sector to Malaga, your primary responsibility will be to provide information to customers via telephone, chat, and email. This includes accepting orders, making changes to orders, and processing them using computer programs. You will also need to provide information on services, prices, or options of the purchase, describe the services and their properties, inform customers of any changes to orders, answer customer questions, give advice, and fulfill tasks received from customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and make phone calls/emails to customers
  • Provide an efficient, polite, friendly, and honest response to customer queries and requests for information
  • Work with other office equipment to perform similar content tasks
  • Respect and fulfill orders given by the appointed Project Manager or managing staff
  • Attend specified training to develop professional work and individual standards
  • Become proficient in the use of all call centre systems and telephony
  • Consistently work on and improve written and spoken English language skills and/or any other specialist language
  • Write and design detailing reports
