This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling. You'll also guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with their objectives.

As a Customer Advocacy Specialist, you'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
You should have strong understanding of grid technologies and fluency in English. A high sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and solution-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position.
