About the Job

Sourceability is a leading digital distributor of electronic components, committed to providing cutting-edge products and services that expedite the procurement process across various industries. We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our vibrant Sales team, working across the EMEA region.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills:

  • Extensive experience in Franchised Distribution, Independent Distribution, Supplier sales in high-reliability industries, or a combination of these fields.
  • A valid driving license is required for this role due to the need for local business travel.
  • Possession of a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in business English and the local language as required for the region.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to various audiences.

You will be expected to work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand the customer base. Travel will be a significant part of this role, and you should be an experienced national and international traveller.
