Efficy is a leading European Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution provider looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our sales team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to engage potential customers through a multi-channel outbound approach. The primary goal of this role is to book qualified meetings with potential clients and nurture them through their buyer's journey.
We are looking for a goal-oriented, organized, and efficient individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure. Experience in CRM or Marketing Automation prospecting is a plus.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Focusing on prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through a multi-channel outbound approach.
- Conducting the initial outreach to prospects through various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest and engage potential customers.
- Booking qualified outbound meetings with potential clients to ensure a consistently filled sales pipeline.
- Nurturing and educating potential customers to a buying-ready stage. Acting as a tour guide in their buyer's journey.
