We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Growth Development Professional. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the development and execution of growth strategies for our clients. Working closely with experienced growth strategists, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills within growth strategy, marketing, and commercial development.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of growth strategy, gaining hands-on experience solving real-world business challenges for some of Norway's most well-known brands and companies. As one of our first team members, you will also play a key role in shaping dentsu Strategy into Norway's leading growth consultancy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development of strategies related to product, price, distribution or marketing/brand strategies. You will also support the execution of growth initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Additionally, you will help the team with project execution to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities include gathering, synthesizing, and presenting data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. You will conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends that could inform strategy development. Furthermore, you will analyze key performance metrics and prepare reports to measure project success.

  • Contribute to building dentsu Strategy through thought leadership, sales and marketing initiatives, and industry events such as training programs.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to develop your expertise in growth strategy development and project execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Up to 3 years of experience in business analytics, management consulting or a related field (internships or other growth-related roles are a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data and research into actionable insights, and a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, growth, and customer acquisition strategies – or a strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills in Norwegian and English, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • A curious, self-driven mindset with a strong desire for continuous growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
