Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated STRATEGIC GROWTH ADVISOR to join our team at Angove Partners in Oslo. As a key member of our M&A team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement business development strategies to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships. You will work closely with underwriters and intermediaries to design and implement effective risk management strategies, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Analyse M&A documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements, to assess potential risks and develop tailored insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and intermediaries to design and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, lawyers, and investment management professionals to deliver strategic commercial solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background in law, preferably with a focus on corporate law or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in M&A transactions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, lawyers, and investment management professionals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth.
