We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PhD Researcher in Psychology to join our team at Byggmakker Norge AS. As a PhD Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting research in the field of psychology, with a focus on investigating and formulating innovative themes and research questions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in psychology, with a focus on innovative themes and research questions.
- Develop and implement research projects, including designing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting results.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other researchers to advance knowledge in the field of psychology.
- Present research findings at conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Completed cand. psychol. or major/master's degree (equivalent to 120 ECTS) with a strong background in psychology.
- Very good written and oral English language skills.
- Meet the requirements for admission to the faculty's doctoral program.
- A letter of confirmation of supervision from a permanent employee at the Department of Psychology.
- Grades from the master's degree or cand. psychol.
- Relevant research experience, such as publications in peer-reviewed journals and involvement in research.
- Recommendations/references.
- Good written and oral Norwegian language skills.

As a PhD Researcher, you will be normally paid from gross NOK per annum before tax, depending on qualifications and seniority. From the salary, 2% is deducted as a contribution to the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund.

- CV and certificates.
- Confirmed transcripts and diplomas for the bachelor's and master's degrees.
- A copy of the master's thesis or a draft if not yet submitted.
- A project proposal (max five pages) that describes your PhD project, along with a letter of confirmation of supervision.
- Publications or other relevant research work, if available.
- Name and contact information of three referees.
In the evaluation of candidates, emphasis will be placed on education, experience, and personal and interpersonal qualities.
