The successful candidate will be part of an exciting inter-disciplinary Horizon Europe project, focusing on socio-economic policies and paradigms that could complement or present alternatives to the current policy landscape and economic paradigm in Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement studies to investigate the impact of policy changes on the economy, social and environmental sustainability, and public acceptance.
- Analyze and interpret data from experiments and online surveys, with a plan to collect data from 10,000+ participants.
- Contribute to the writing of academic papers and other research outputs, such as technical reports.
- Present research findings at conferences and workshops.
- Support the organization of workshops and contribute to further funding acquisition.
- PhD in social psychology, environmental psychology, behavioral economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Documented expertise in environmental psychology, social psychology, behavioral economics, or a closely related social science.
- Strong background in quantitative statistical methods.
- Good publication record.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with concepts and methods used in environmental psychology.
- Familiarity with concepts and methods used in social psychology or behavioral economics.
- Expertise in discrete choice modeling and the design of discrete choice experiments.
- Experience with analysis of large cross-national datasets.
