About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated Ph.D. researcher to contribute to a research project focused on occupational anxiety and employee health promotion. The successful candidate will develop a measure of occupational anxiety, investigate its predictors and outcomes, and design an intervention to mitigate its effects. The project aims to advance our understanding of the complex relationships between work-related stress, employee well-being, and organizational performance. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement a research study to investigate occupational anxiety and its impact on employee health.
- Collaborate with a team of researchers to develop a measure of occupational anxiety and investigate its predictors and outcomes.
- Develop and implement an intervention to reduce occupational anxiety and improve employee well-being.
- Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through peer-reviewed publications, conferences, and research seminars.
Required Selection Criteria
- A strong background in psychology, including knowledge of research methods and statistical analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated interest in occupational health and employee well-being.
Preferred Selection Criteria
- Experience with advanced statistics, including latent variable modeling and multilevel modeling.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in research design and implementation.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex research findings to diverse audiences.
