We are seeking a highly motivated Ph.D. candidate to join our team at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). As a Ph.D. researcher, you will be part of an exciting research project focused on occupational anxiety and employee health promotion.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a measure of occupational anxiety, investigate its predictors and outcomes longitudinally, and design an intervention for reducing job-related distress. Our research aims to inform evidence-based strategies for promoting mental wellbeing in the workplace.
This 4-year position is a fantastic opportunity to advance your knowledge and skills in Work and Organizational Psychology while contributing to cutting-edge research. You will work closely with our experienced researchers and benefit from a stimulating academic environment.
To be eligible, you must have a strong background in psychology, a Master's degree from a five-year Norwegian program, and excellent written and oral language skills in English. Experience with advanced statistics, particularly latent variable modeling and multilevel modeling, is highly desirable.
