PhD Candidate in Work and Organizational Psychology

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified PhD candidate to join our research team at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. The successful candidate will contribute to a research project focused on occupational anxiety and employee health promotion.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct the established research project in consultation with the doctoral advisors.
- Work in collaboration with other psychology researchers, preferably work and organizational psychology researchers.
- Process and disseminate research outputs through peer-reviewed publications, local and international conferences, and research seminars.
- Assist with teaching and supervision related tasks at the department.
- You must have a relevant background in psychology.
- Your education must correspond to a five-year Norwegian degree program, where 120 credits are obtained at the master's level.
- You must have a strong academic background from your previous studies and an average grade from the master's degree program, or equivalent education, equal to B or better compared with NTNU's grading scale.
- Master's students can apply, but the master's degree must be obtained and documented by August 25th 2024.
- You must meet the requirements for admission to the PhD programme in social sciences.
- Excellent written and oral language skills are required in English.
- A demonstrable interest in mental health at work and employee health promotion.
- Previous experience with advanced statistics, specifically latent variable modeling and multilevel modeling.
- Taste for writing.
