The Role

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative for a 12-month fixed-term contract covering the Oslo and Østfold areas. As a key member of our sales team, you will visit stores to increase sales and grow Kellogg's products across our key categories: Salty Snacks, RTEC, and Muesli.

Your Responsibilities
  • Grow Sales: Build strong relationships with customers and boost sales across your territory.
  • Maximise Product Visibility: Ensure our products are well-stocked and attractively displayed to drive sales.
  • Engage with Customers: Offer product training and support to retailers, solving issues quickly to build loyalty.
  • Gather Market Insights: Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain accurate records of your activities.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience.
