About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Consultant to join our team at Quorum Business Solutions. As a Support Consultant, you will be a trusted partner to our global and local customers, assisting them with challenges related to our DaWinci application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer communication through our support portal, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Adhere to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including Time to First Response and Time to Resolution.
  • Categorize and prioritize customer-reported incidents, determining criticality based on standard criteria.
  • Verify bugs in the application and collaborate with the Product and Professional services teams to implement solutions.
  • Act as a focal point for customer communication, providing guidance on system usage, improvements, and opportunities.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong interest in technology and ability to learn quickly.
  • Service-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork and individual decision-making skills.
  • Higher education preferred, with fluency in both English and Norwegian (written and verbal).
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to establish good relations with colleagues and customers.
  • Digital literacy and familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
