Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team as Head of SME Sales Norway. As a key member of our Commercial Sales organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing our SME Sales team in Norway.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a strong sales culture within our SME segment. You will lead a team of experienced sales professionals and work closely with our product and support functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
