About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakfast Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Strawberryhotels. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the operation of our breakfast service, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and organize breakfast stock and inventory management
  • Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff members, including production, food preparation, presentation, and planning
  • Manage product ordering, COGS, and inventory control in collaboration with kitchen leadership
  • Coordinate with the F&B management team to ensure awareness and involvement in budget, efficiency, staffing, and other relevant KPIs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar supervisory role in a hotel or restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
