About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Norway. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business objectives in Norway and collaborating with our cross-functional team to support healthcare in implementing a new patient journey for early Alzheimer's patients.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute market strategies to prepare for the introduction and use of a new treatment for Alzheimer's disease, including identifying and partnering with multi-disciplinary specialists and institutions.
  2. Support clinics in resourcing, planning, and structuring patient treatment flows, including diagnostics, treatment, monitoring, and follow-up.
  3. Partner with healthcare organizations to implement projects that optimize patient flow and address capacity bottlenecks.
  4. Provide education and support to healthcare professionals on efficacy and safety data within the boundaries of the Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC), through various channels.
  5. Support clinics with information and education required for practical use and handling of the novel treatment.
  6. Monitor regional processes and coordinate cross-functional team activities to secure funding and ensure regional patient access.
  7. Collaborate with local cross-functional colleagues in the joint BioArctic and Eisai team to achieve common goals.
  8. Demonstrate and inspire behaviors that reinforce BioArctic's core values: Respect, Engagement, Collaboration, and Responsibility.
Requirements

Educational Excellence: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Science or Business, with certification or training in ethical regulations for pharmaceutical promotion in Norway.

Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of successfully conveying messages and campaigns.

Strong Communicator: Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, with excellent digital communication skills.
