BI Norwegian Business School is seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor in Strategy and Innovation with a special focus on the Construction Industry. The successful candidate will join the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship, which is characterized by a dynamic and supportive research culture.
The Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship is a leading research group in the field of strategy and innovation, with a strong focus on the construction industry. The department is responsible for programs and courses at all levels, including Bachelor, Master of Science, MBA, PhD, and Executive Programs. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of high-quality research and teaching in the field of strategy and innovation, with a special focus on the construction industry.
The Center for the Construction Industry is a key research area within the department, and the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of high-quality research in this area. The center focuses on process research for understanding and realizing improvements in the industry, and how the industry is transforming in the sustainable and digital areas.
The successful candidate will be expected to publish high-quality research in leading academic journals, and to contribute to the development of courses and programs in the field of strategy and innovation. The candidate will also be expected to participate in the department's research culture, including attending research seminars and contributing to the development of the department's research strategy.
The position includes teaching and pedagogical development responsibilities, and the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of courses and programs in the field of strategy and innovation.
