About the Role

This dynamic HR professional will be responsible for supporting the HR team in an array of deliverables across the HR spectrum. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures, develop training programs, and support the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
    • Design and implement reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize data.
  • Recruitment:
    • Source and select top talent for various roles within the organization.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and interview questions.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
    • Support the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, preferably with international exposure. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with stakeholders.
