Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and oversight to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of building relationships across the organization.
  • Adaptable and proactive, flourishing in a dynamic and innovative environment.
  • Experience in a global or multi-regional context, with a deep understanding of the tech landscape.
  • Hands-on approach, adept at navigating minimal support structures and effectively leveraging external partners.
  • A visionary leader with at least 10 years of experience, ready to shape and grow the finance division at Aize.
