About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Engineer to join our Asset Management team in Norway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading Asset Management projects and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with contract requirements and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Asset Management projects and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with contract requirements and customer expectations.
  • Develop O&M philosophies and concepts with a focus on reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM).
  • Perform simulations and studies of reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM).
  • Develop maintenance strategies and operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals.
  • Perform consequence classification, RBI, and RCM analyses.
  • Lead FMECA workshops and analyses.
  • Perform min/max calculations for optimization of spare parts.
  • Implement O&M data in customers' maintenance management systems (MMS).
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships by functioning as a reliable advisor in capital management.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities in the capital management sector by using strategic acumen and industry knowledge to expand our market presence.
  • Support our business development team actively in customer engagement and in the bidding process to ensure that value propositions are tailored to customers' needs in capital management.
  • In your role, you will not only deliver technical excellence but also drive growth in our Asset Management portfolio by unlocking new service offerings and promoting long-term partnerships.
About the Team

Ramboll Asset Management is part of Ramboll Energy and offers end-to-end Asset Management services and advisory based on a combination of expertise in maintenance and operation theory, digital tools, and practical technical experience. Our extensive experience in Asset Management comes from a wide range of energy projects, including our deliveries in gas infrastructure, Power-to-X, oil and gas, transformer stations, bioenergy, power generation, and industry. From a lifecycle perspective, our services span from early maintenance and operation assurance in the concept and design phase to cost optimization in the late life cycle.
