We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced City Specialist to join our team at Cosentino. As a key member of our sales and customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales leads, and developing relationships with design firms and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage every customer, providing a best-in-class customer experience to develop long-term relationships and foster brand loyalty.
- Assist walk-ins and customers with appointments, providing support face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to help customers understand the benefits of Cosentino brand.
- Develop and build relationships with design firms in the area, managing the relationship through face-to-face visits and generating sales through them according to sales goals assigned to the position.
- Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments for customers and end-users, checking stock for materials when requested, and highlighting possible stock issues to help them achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Work with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic within the City Center and leads.
- Register visits and leads in Salesforce.
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- 1+ year of experience in a retail showroom environment providing excellent customer service with a proven success track record generating leads and converting those leads into sales
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in the interior design industry
- Proven success in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Knowledge of the building or decoration market
- High School Diploma or GED
- Desired: Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or similar
