Main Responsibilities- Managing travel bookings according to company policies, including flights and accommodations.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries and coordination with external travel agencies.
- Maintaining and updating Nexans' Personnel Tracking System (ProPeople).
- Booking required courses for personnel as needed.
- Handling visa applications and related documentation.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including facility arrangements.
- Processing invoices through Basware.
- Assisting with personnel registration in external databases and work permit applications.
- Supporting tax-related documentation and registrations in collaboration with the Tax Department.
- Ensuring the intranet page for travel-related information is up to date.
You will leverage your strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient execution of all travel and administrative processes. Your ability to collaborate closely with different departments and external partners will contribute to seamless operations and compliance with Nexans' policies.
