About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Specialist to join our team at Quorum Software. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through our support portal, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our Product and Professional services teams to identify and implement solutions to customer-reported issues.
  • Categorize and prioritize customer-reported incidents, determining their criticality based on standard criteria.
  • Verify bugs in our application and collaborate with our development team to resolve them.
  • Act as a focal point for customer communication, providing advice on system usage, improvements, and opportunities.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and be available to respond to customer inquiries outside of regular working hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Fluent in both English and Norwegian (written and verbal).
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish good relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Digital literacy and familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
