We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Nordic Allente Customer Experience team in Chania, Crete. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, providing a seamless experience to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries about broadband services and TV solutions in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve technical issues as they arise, utilizing your problem-solving skills and knowledge of TV solutions and streaming services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Norwegian
  • Excellent communication and soft skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer/tech support role is an asset
  • Familiarity with TV solutions and streaming services is a plus
