About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, providing a seamless experience to new and existing customers. You will utilize phone calls, emails, and chats to respond to inquiries about broadband services and TV solutions, resolving technical issues in a timely manner. You will also follow up with customers to inform them about ongoing campaigns and turn every customer into a happy one.
