Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Engineer to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating electrical engineering changes and ensuring effective communication between the different parties involved in the project.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate electrical engineering changes and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner.
- Act as a liaison between the engineering team, fabrication, and site to ensure that all parties are aware of the project's progress and any changes that may affect them.
- Handle technical questions from the installation team and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in meetings between fabrication and engineering to ensure that all parties are aligned and that the project is progressing as planned.
- Assist the site support team manager in ensuring that communication between the different parties flows well and that any misunderstandings are clarified.
- Interface with other disciplines, clients, existing plant, other contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all parties are aware of the project's progress and any changes that may affect them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technical college combined with a minimum of 4 years' relevant background.
- FSE course, EX course.
- Minimum 6 years' experience from electrical engineering in green field NCS projects.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Electrical Site Coordination responsibilities from green field projects.
- Experience and deep knowledge of electrical and cable design, mechanical completion, and installation according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ISO, ATEX, and IEC.
- Detail knowledge of technical requirements (TRs).
- Efficient communicator, who communicates well in English - both orally and in writing.
- Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment.
- Natural team player, but possess the ability to work independently.
- Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements.
- Proactive, seeking advice and sharing own experiences with others.
