Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply novel methodologies, including acoustic methods, embodied methods, storytelling, and stochastic mathematics, to understand uncertainty and chaotic change in energy transitions.
  • Collaborate with the UNRULY team, including Professor Andrea J. Nightingale and other researchers, to advance theory and methods in human geography and sustainability.
  • Contribute to the development of the research project, including the design of research activities, data collection, and data analysis.
  • Communicate research findings through publications, presentations, and other forms of dissemination.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in human geography, anthropology, science and technology studies (STS), (socio)environmental systems analysis, environmental studies, or a related field.
  • Excellent research skills, with a strong background in qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Experience in interdisciplinary research and collaboration.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
