The Role

We're seeking university students or recent graduates to join our team as International Operations Interns. As an Intern, you'll represent our brand in person, providing exceptional customer service to our guests during their road trips.

You'll be responsible for front-office activities, including customer service and sales, as well as back-office activities, such as operations handling, quality control, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales: Provide world-class customer service, register guests, process payments, and explain campervan functionalities and terms.
  • Operations Handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campervans and road trip extras.
  • Quality Control: Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and address maintenance or repair needs.
  • Support Activities: Support the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Requirements
  • Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, valid driver's license, and work permit.
  • International environment experience and ability to connect with people from diverse cultures.
  • Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
