Role Summary:

This HR consultant position will play a key role in developing the HR function in Norway, working closely with the company to create a framework for all employee activities. The successful candidate will support day-to-day tasks in operation, administration, and strategy, and will be part of the executive team reporting to the HR Director in Sweden.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Framework and Strategy: Develop and update HR frameworks, templates, and policies to ensure efficient and effective HR business processes.
  • Employee Support: Provide support to line managers in HR matters, including employee development, termination, and rehabilitation.
  • Talent Management: Drive talent management processes to attract, develop, and retain the right talent for the company.
  • Payroll and Administration: Coordinate payroll and pension administration, as well as branding and recruitment activities.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for new and existing employees.
  • Union and Government Relations: Serve as the primary contact person for union work, recruiters, payroll, and candidates.
  • Training and Development: Develop and administer training plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with government regulations and report HR-related matters to the relevant authorities.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in a related field (Master's or Bachelor's degree or similar).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Skills: Proactive, good communication and cooperation skills, with the ability to create good relations with internal and external stakeholders.
