About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team at NOBA Bank Group. As a key member of our Credit department, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of individuals, contributing to making informed loan decisions and reducing the bank's risk.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments of loans and credit card applications for individuals, ensuring accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate potential fraud and scam risks, protecting the bank's assets and reputation.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer communication strategies, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and update department procedures, ensuring seamless processes and efficient case management.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German, both oral and written, is essential for this role.
  • Relevant customer service experience, with a strong understanding of banking and financial services.
  • Experience in credit risk analysis or a related field is highly desirable.
  • University-level education can be compensated with relevant experience.
