We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team at Headquarter Oslo - Strawberry. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and guidance to our employees and leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our People team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve employee experience and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Provide recruitment support, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Act as a liaison between our HR team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Relevant education from a college or university.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and verbally.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience from administrative and operational HR work.
  • Basic knowledge of Norwegian labor law.
