About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Associate to join our Support team in Oslo. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Operational Support: Ensure that delivery operations run smoothly, and provide support to our courier partners and venues.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Support team and other teams within Wolt to develop and improve our support function.
Requirements
  1. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with a personal touch, and a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset.
  2. Problem-Solving Skills: Be a fast learner, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Availability: Be available to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as our support is open 24/7.
  4. Language Skills: Be fluent in Norwegian and have professional working proficiency in English.
