About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Dfind. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's corporate tax matters, including tax reviews, audits, and documentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Corporate Tax Management: Oversee the company's corporate tax strategy, ensuring compliance with national and international taxation rules.
  • Transfer Pricing: Develop and implement transfer pricing policies, providing tax structuring and documentation support to group companies.
  • Tax Advisory: Provide expert advice on tax filings, compliance, and transfer pricing rules to group companies.
  • Second-Line Expertise: Serve as a second-line expert and competence resource for group companies, including personnel-related tax matters.
  • Policy Alignment: Ensure all work aligns with company policies and report any incidents or improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
  • Higher Education: Hold a higher education in auditing, preferably a Master's degree.
  • Professional Experience: Possess three to five years' experience in practicing corporate tax law.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Have a general understanding of accounting and reporting issues and principles.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
