Programme Overview
The Graduate Engineer Development Programme is a comprehensive development programme that offers a variety of experiences, including formal training sessions and on-the-job development. Graduates will have the opportunity to work on detailed design engineering, offshore projects, and other challenging assignments.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for the Graduate Engineer Development Programme, candidates must have an engineering degree in one of the following areas: Mechanical, Civil, Geotechnics, Structural, Marine/Naval Technology, Material Technology, Power Distribution, Offshore Technology, Energy and Environmental Engineering, or Applied Physics and Mathematics.
