At Allente, we're looking for a skilled sales professional to lead our vendor teams to meet targets and manage outsourced operations. As Head of Vendor Relations, you'll be responsible for steering outsourced operations, managing regret vendors, and achieving budget targets.

This role demands a results-driven leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills. You should possess:

  • Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and outsourced operations
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams
  • Experience in setting and managing sales budgets and targets
  • Skilled in contract negotiations
  • Ability to track and analyze performance metrics to drive results
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language
  • Proficiency in English, as it is our official language

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring vendor delivery towards set targets
  • Steering outsourced operations and managing regret vendors
  • Achieving budget targets and managing competition budgets
  • Leading contract negotiations and building strong vendor relationships
  • Maintaining control over sales quality and performance
  • Providing strategic insights for decision-making and negotiations
  • Fostering open communication with both internal teams and vendors
