This role is part of our team responsible for advising and guiding clients on their IAM strategies. The Enterprise IAM Architect will play a pivotal role in this process, requiring a deep understanding of IAM and its various aspects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in IAM, with basic understanding of and specific expertise in at least one of the following areas: IGA, PAM, and CIAM.
  • Proven experience in a strategic advisory or business consultancy role, with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.
  • Familiar with IAM technologies such as LDAP, SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, SAML, and directory services.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Azure AD, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and native proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Dutch (specific to location).
  • Ability to travel as needed across the Nordic region and the Benelux.
