Therapy Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Technical Development Specialist within our Nordic Structural Heart team in Norway.
A Day in the LifeYou will be responsible for:
- Selling the full range of Structural Heart products to major hospitals within Norway, focusing on Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation products (TAVI) and Transcatheter Pulmonic Valves (TPV).
- Planning and executing clinical and technical support in the cath lab by educating and supporting doctors and nurses.
- Building strong, ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through economic selling, developing, and presenting commercial offers.
- Identifying, mapping, and building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, including interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, nurses, head of departments, purchasers, etc.
- Preparing tender specifications, ensuring pricing and product positioning and mix within the tender are in alignment with requirements and strategy.
- Supporting the Market Development Manager by identifying and facilitating market development opportunities and encouraging collaborations on specific projects.
- Working effectively within the team and matrix organization to utilize skills and inputs throughout the business.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
- Experience from sales (Medical Device and Tender Management).
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Able to learn and comprehend complex medical and scientific information.
- Able to spot business opportunities, mature leads, and easily influence others.
- Able to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment, and matrix organization.
- Clean Driver's license.
