About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to lead our sales team in the Nordics. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and expansion with our largest enterprise customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Lead a regional team of sales executives to achieve business objectives
  • Manage team performance, develop talent, and coach regular basis
  • Engage with customer executives to support account strategy implementation
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams that sell enterprise software
  • Experience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization
  • Familiarity with business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries
  • A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
