About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team at Verifone. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, answering customer inquiries, and providing timely and effective solutions. Your strong communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide accurate and informed support.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Fluent Norwegian and English language skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
