  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, resolving a range of issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize the right procedures to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring timely resolution and response.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
  • Deliver an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of.
  • Follow the direction of management and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • Native Norwegian speaker.
  • English B2 level.

  • Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residence card.
