We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, resolving a range of issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize the right procedures to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring timely resolution and response.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers, answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
- Deliver an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of.
- Follow the direction of management and provide feedback.

Requirements:
- Native Norwegian speaker.

- EU Citizenship or Greek residence card.
