About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Support Lead to join our team at Wolt, a fast-growing tech company that's revolutionizing the way people order food and other essentials. As a Customer Support Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of support associates, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of support associates, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve customer support processes.
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools used in customer support.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
