Customer Support Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned customer service professional to lead our Norwegian support team at Wolt. As our Support Lead, you will oversee the operations between customers, restaurant partners, and courier partners.

About the Role

  1. Mentorship and Team Management: You will guide a team of 20+ Support Associates, providing performance feedback and ensuring they meet their KPIs.
  2. Operational Excellence: You will develop clear guidelines for efficient handling of high-quality interactions with couriers, customers, and restaurants, empowering your team to make informed decisions.
  3. Leadership by Example: Set the standard for exceptional service, prioritizing customer satisfaction and employee empowerment.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze patterns and insights to drive actions and improvements, using data to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Collaboration and Strategy: Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction while fostering strong relationships with other teams.
  6. Tone and Communication: Identify customer needs and tailor communication to each group (courier partners, customers, merchants).
  7. Growth and Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements, recruitment, and measurement initiatives.
  8. Action-Oriented Mindset: Drive results through enthusiasm and a proactive approach.

Benefits and Requirements

The estimated salary range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 annually, considering Norway's cost of living. Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential for effective communication and collaboration. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences are crucial for success in this role.
